Comment : BETTER LATE THAN NEVER (job done 2.15.16). I needed a company to pick up a Serta queen size luxury firm mattress (13 thick) & an adjustable base in Moreno Valley. Total weight was estimated around 500 lbs. 1st place quoted a 400 estimate based on how long it would take them to pick up & then set up the bed. SAY WHAT!!! Signed on to Yelp, did a quick (no pun intended) review of movers in Hemet, find these guys, called & within a matter of minutes the job was set & at a cost savings of 60. WOOHOO indeed!!! :o) On pick-up day they had a hard time finding the Serta Warehouse & called to get directions. No problem, since I am directionally challenged & had a hard time finding them a couple of days earlier even with a GPS. Pointed them in the right direction, told them their contact would be out front & they got the items loaded into the truck. They called when they arrived so I could open the gate & proceeded to haul that humongous mattress & base up two flights of stairs (7 steps each), around a tight corner, to a square end outside unit apartment with not a whole lot of space in front of it. The mattress had to be rested on my loveseat while they (both delivery men & the boss, who they called a little later) maneuvered the adjustable base into the bedroom, hooked up the electrical parts & then set it on the queen size bed frame. Once the base was done, it took all 3 to lift that huge mattress & get it settled correctly on the frame. We tested the remote to ensure everything was in working order & they were out the door to their next J.O.B... I apologize for not remembering names, but EVERYBODY was pleasant, professional, very careful in an extremely tight space (the total apt is 495 sq ft) & made sure things were set the way I wanted them. I know this was not the easiest of jobs & probably not the hardest, but I can tell you it took a lot of MUSCLE, PATIENCE & PERSPIRATION to get it done!!! Thank you so much for everything. I will keep the company in mind when I find that new apartment in Escondido/San Marcos.

Comment : This company is TERRIBLE! They showed up without dollys, tie downs or the proper equipment. The movers said they were tired from working late the night before, then the owner charged me more than I authorized. I Would NOT use this company ever again. Do yourself a favor and call another company.

Comment : Unprofessional 100% the owner is a joke. They do not have the proper equipment to move the homeowner or business. You have to provide moving equipment for example dollies, furniture dollies, tie downs, moving blankets, Etc.
