Comment : I used Queen Movers last year. The guys who moved my things were GREAT. However, I was given an estimate that was half the money and half the time that it turned out to be. They blamed it on the location of my house (which they saw ahead of time when giving the estimate) and the location I moved to (which I also told them about). The movers were careful, honest, and nice. But the estimate business... grrrrr. I was so mad I cried. The management will be glad to tell you how it is all my fault.

Comment : I used Queen movers last fall. Due to my job circumstances, they had toi store my items for a few days. They LOST several items, Broke things, and dumped everything in the garage- it was late when they arrived due to my closing. There was no offer for help, and I was recovering from major orthopedic surgery. It has taken me several mothe to go through my items to list what is missing/damaged.

Comment : I hired these guys to move me from an apartment in Montrose to one outside of the city. To begin with, it was extremely easy to get a quote. When I called, I immediately reached someone and they told me what the hourly rate was. I scheduled the movers shortly after. They were wiling to come out the next day to move me anyone that can do things last minute gets extra points in my mind. The movers called me before they left their warehouse to confirm the address and to let me know they were coming. They showed up and got to work immediately. They were polite and professional and worked extremely hard. When we got to the new apartment, the unpacked quickly, helped me arrange furniture and put my bed frame back together. Though these things are what I expect in a moving company, I have moved often and have not always received such great service. I would definitely use these guys again. They were great.
