Comment : Quality movers express were awesome! The team was terrific! They all moved quickly and efficiently. The weather was brutally cold yet it never hampered them. Aside from the minor communication lapse between the mall management and the team, this very complex move was completed on time and well executed. I really liked these guys! They were the best that I have ever worked with. I really don’t have much to complain about. I liked the price too, they are very affordable! Better than most other movers out there. I suggest everyone go for these guys. They sure would never regret it!

Comment : I used Quality Movers twice this year. I used them to move my mom into an assisted living complex and, unfortunately, today, as my mom passed away. On both occasions I was glad to have selected Quality Movers. Steve, the owner is kind, thoughtful and compassionate. And today, Nathan and Tracey were terrific. I, alone, due to Covid restrictions, had to pack my moms belongings today. It was emotional for me. Tracey and Nathan kept my effort moving, they handled the boxes and furniture with care and were just kind and efficient. I am very grateful to have used these movers and can recommend them wholeheartedly.

Comment : Oh my goodness.. Where to begin. Day 1 - showed up at my house without calling us to inform us what time they would be packing us. They did a 5 min walk through of the house and asked us "What is going?" My response was "everything" (um hello we are moving to a new state, you have to pack it all up.) They go outside to their moving truck and take a 30 min smoke break (you just arrived 5 mins ago , why on earth do you need to smoke - you have not done anything.) 30 mins later they come in and say "Sorry we cannot pack you, your house is too clutter." ... ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? I have never heard such nonsense!!!!!!!! So they left and came 2 days later. took them 4 days to pack and load a 1900 sq ft house.. why you ask did it take so long?? Because THEY TOOK TOO MANY SMOKE BREAKS! when you take a break every hour for 15-20 mins, its going to take that long to pack and load a truck. Finally the house is packed and they leave. We have been at our new house for 1 week without our stuff.. It was supposed to be here 6 days later but for some reason they needed a full week - No it was not the drive. We are only 1 state away from where we were living. If we want to get technical it was a 12 hour drive. So they started to unload our stuff (another 2 day job) The first 6 crates came in and low and behold already 7 huge items are DAMAGED! Now why do you think that is?? Well, when you have movers who just shove and kick and push stuff in crates - its going to get DAMAGED! As of now we are waiting for the rest of our stuff to show up - I am on pens and needles waiting to see how the rest of this is going to go. The only thing i have positive to say about this company as of now - is the men who are unloading us were fast and very respectful. In fact they were the ones who pointed out all the damage that was caused by the packers Would I recommend this company -- HELL NO!!! RUNNNNNNN AWAY FROM THEM AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! FYI - this was a military move - and I just want to add that these movers added weight to our move - I am talking full on paper rolls that weighed probably a good 20lbs if not more to the shipment --so wrong!

Comment : Recently sold a very heavy glass fish tank. The buyer hired Quality Movers to come and move the tank from my house to his which was a bit of a herculean effort. The glass tank was 6 feet long, weighs over 500 lbs, and is well, made of GLASS. They moved everything quickly and made sure to not damage the tank and stand or anything in my home. The team that came out was professional and very friendly. I am so impressed I will be noting their information down for the next time I am in need of a moving service
