Comment : Got a quote over the phone and a confirmation by email for 399 for 4 hours for a local move. Guys did a great job during the move. But at the end I was billed for an additional hour. Office guy said the quote I got was a typo and their real rate was 399 for 3 hours. Deceptive advertising or just plain liars, can not tell, but I will never use this company again.

Comment : Stay away from this company, I wish I could give a negative number of stars. I read the Yelp reviews prior to hiring QEC Movers and the negative reviews were hidden as well as outnumbered the good reviews. I hired this company to move only the furniture and they managed to scratch a custom cabinet (value 750.00) and pulled out the bolt anchors on my dining room table (value 8000.00). I was able to get the table back together but the table now is not stable. I informed the moving crew of the issues at the time of the move and followed up with an email to the company 3 days later. When I received no response from QEC Movers, I disputed the charge with my credit card. QEC Movers rejected the dispute stating I did not contact them within 10 days of the move. I lost the dispute on the credit card since Master card has deemed this as a tort case so I will need to take my time to go to court trying to be made whole for mistakes the moving guys made by not wrapping my furniture. Stay as far away from this company as you can unless you like broken furniture.

Comment : These guys were great. They had equipment issues first thing in the morning. Did not miss a beat and brought 2 smaller trucks. These guys busted their asses.
