Comment : We used Progressive for our move in July 2019. The represenative was very nice on the phone and we agreed on a price. The movers that showed up were not what we expected. 2 did not even speak english. They were a week late delivering our furniture. We had to keep calling to get them to deliver. When they arrived we were told they needed more money to get our furniture off the truck. Alot of things badly damaged and many items missing. I took pictures and sent them to the company and they would not reply are return calls. We were out $10,000 in repairs and missing items. We have now gotten a lawyer. He says he is not having any luck recovering are money. Looks like court is next.

Comment : DONT USE THEM! PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS AND SEE LINKS AT BOTTOM I, went movingreviews.com to rely on reviews to find a mover to relocate us from Florida to Atlanta. I am fully convinced they have people fill out reviews to make them look good. They are beyond unprofessional and rude. It all started with Ashley, very nice bubbly sales girl. Assures me the quote is binding and explains why other companies charge more. She makes sense. We do an over the phone estimate, adding more than there was, so we can allow for more cubic square feet than needed. I wanted to be extra safe. The quote was $3700.00, including dishes packed. This quote seemed reasonable as I had received other quotes from movers who came to my house and they were in the same ballpark. Progressive claims to have guaranteed lowest prices. Day of the move A unmarked yellow truck shows up with 4 men not in any type of uniform. The lead guy is Avi. Shawn, one of the movers gets out cursing. I smile and greet them, Im going to make the best of this. They have already cashed my $1100.00 deposit. I cant send them away because they already have a nice deposit. I show them all they have to move. nothing is said and they get to work. the three men who were moving did a good job and were plesant. Avi, didnt pay attention the entire move. Would leave my house and walk around the lake, would stand on my porch and yell in his native language.He was very intimidating towards me. At one point Shawn says "Smell that?" Re

Comment : As my Sales Guy Jason asked once Progressive performed a great move, if I would put up a great review. Here it is Jason. I was honestly a little skeptical about using a company who did not come out to do an in home estimate, the binding quote I received was just that. I provided him with a full list of all my belongings and they gave me a fair quote. Delivery was great having driver call us when he got close to our new home so we can arrange our schedule. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, after having bad experience in the past this will be my only moving company from now on if needed.
