I am amazed to see one review of an upset customer, as my experience with Professional Moving Solutions was great from A-Z. From my first conversation with Georgia through the loading of my belonging in FL to the time that the last piece was unloaded in IL. Georgia, I can not thank you enough for making the moving process so smooth and easy, the movers were Professional. I would recommand my friends and family and if you are a customer that is not sure read the good reviews and once your move is over, you will be posting your great experiance - just like I did. Comment : These guys were amazing. On time, fast, and careful. What more could you ask from a moving company? They took great care of everything and even put felt on the bottom of all our furniture so we could move it around without scratching our floors. They made moving so much easier.

Comment : I've moved almost every year of the past seven years and used different movers each time -- this was the best service level I have ever experienced and by far the best move. The movers were friendly, professional, courteous, efficient and so considerate with my things. I work long days and had not been able to get much packing done, so it was an amazing relief that they handled everything so perfectly. They charged very fair rates and did not take advantage of my situation (i.e., not being fully prepared for the move). This is the first time I've ever written a review, but they definitely deserve it.

Comment : I had to move from a 1 bedroom to a 3 bedroom townhouse with 3 floors. These guys are pro! They moved a full size sectional couch up 2 flights of stairs without a single scratch on my walls. The entire job took almost half the time that I had expected. The guys were very professional and friendly and I liked it that they took pride in their work and took care of our place as though it was their own. They laid down blankets and door pads for extra protection. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends.

Comment : We used PMS for a local move in Tampa last month. The workers showed up at our house after having only 2 hours rest from the job the day before. They were very inexperienced and had to start over loading the truck after loading for about an hour. They fought with each other over jobs and one of the four guys had to take a nap in the cab of the truck. They were so tired that another employee got injured and they also dinged my walls and furniture. I tried working with the customer service department to resolve this but they offered little in a refund or adjustment. The business plan for PMS is to quote low and then zing you with extra packing materials. Lucky for us we had our own supplies or the move would have been double. If you choose this company beware, you will not get what you are offered.

Comment : I must say Professional Moving Solutions did an outstanding job. They did an amazing job moving all our things from a two story house to our new residence at North Carolina. They were professional at all times and moved our things with great care. Not one thing was broken, scratched, or damaged. They worked with efficiency and never took a break until the job was finished. I would highly recommend PMS. The Front Office service was great and the company exceeded my expectations. I just want to say thank you all for making my moving experience smooth. One more thing, the price was very reasonable and I was happy to pay with a smile for great service!!!

Comment : We used professional movers for a local move in the Tampa area. They quoted 9 hours but the guys were so inexperienced and tired from finishing a move from the night before and working on 2 hours sleep that the move took them 15. We've moved several times and kept most of our moving supplies from our last move so we were not worried when they told us that there would be additional charges if they needed to provide the materials. After the walk thru, those additional charges added up to over $1000 which doubled the estimate for our move. Lucky for us we had the supplies or were able to go down to Home Depot for a $5 mattress cover they were charging $25 each. The company told us that all their movers had years of experience but that was not the experience we saw. One of the guys said that it was his first week on the job, another worked concerts in the past but only a couple weeks with household items. The guy stacking the truck did not know what he was doing at all and had to unload most of what he loaded during the first hour to restack and build a better base. Real professional movers have a way of loading the truck like a finely integrated puzzle. This truck had spaces between the furniture where it wasn't padded properly or they had wood wrapped with stretch wrap which rubbed against other items. The workers told us that they had a job the day before where they didn't get home until after 4AM only to have to be ready for our job at 7:30, including an hour drive. Th

They were prepared with appropriate materials (including protection against the rain and its residual effects) and moved my furniture with the kind of TLC I expected. Comment : The name should be UnProfessional Moving Solutions. I received an estimate for 5 1/2 hours to move my furniture into storage. When the truck arrived it was a "rental truck". The movers look around my home and stated it would take 13 hours!! and tripled the amount the move would cost. They called their manager for me to talk with. The manager was rude and I ended the conversation. I ask the movers to leave my house. I call another mover who had their truck at my home the next morning and had my house empty in 3 1/2 hours. DO NOT USE PROFESSIONAL MOVEING SOLUTIONS THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!
