Comment : Our original movers ghosted us on moving day so we reached out to these guys and they responded quickly and we are able to fit us in on such a short notice. Friendly, helpful, and very careful when they moved out things. Hope we do not have to move for a VERY long time but I had call them again for sure.

Comment : I had reached out for quotes to write a few places. Some had the same price as Prime Moving, but Prime had the best customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable about the many parts of moving from Hawaii to the mainland. They even coordinated with Matson for my car. When the movers arrived, they were so nice, wearing masks, and very quick. Too quick - I had to call them back to pick up some items that I had missed! When everything arrived at the destination, they were masked, friendly, and moved items into the house exactly where instructed - including down narrow stairs to the basement and up narrow stairs to the attic. I happily recommend Prime Moving!
