The history of Prestige Moving & Storage can be traced back to 1961 when William Mullen incorporated Mullen Moving & Storage in Gresham, Oregon. The company focused primarily on local and intrastate moving. Without developing a van line affiliation, the company stuck to a local moving niche for over 25 years. In 1990, the company was purchased by Mike Larsen, Dave Borgwardt and Jim Larsen. The name was subsequently changed to Prestige Moving & Storage and became an agent for Allied Van Lines - the worlds Largest Mover. Over a short period of time, Prestige grew into one of Oregons largest and most diversified relocation companies. As Prestige experienced rapid growth, the company saw a tremendous opportunity for expansion in the central Oregon town of Bend. In 1996, Prestige came roaring into the town of Bend and completely revolutionized the moving business. Today Prestige/Bend owns and occupies over 20,000 square feet of warehouse space and its market share has grown as fast as the business itself.

Comment : Great experience. Todd went above and beyond to accommodate our original guaranteed delivery date that we were at risk of missing due to a miscommunication on the pick up end in our home state. On the day of the move, Billy and Tyler were friendly, professional, and personable! They unloaded the truck swiftly and with care, and showed compassion when some damage was discovered. They were also just enjoyable to chat with. Two happy people who love what they do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

Comment : Things were lost in the moving process. Had to wait for a second shipment of items (some being essential) to come. Some thinks came cracked and chipped or pieces missing from things like desk chair wheels. Things were carelessly dumped (and I mean dumped) into boxes. Did not seem to care about anything they were moving. Not at all a fan. Very disorganized and a lot of things for multiple rooms were put together in the same box making it more of a process to unpack. I do not recommend this company.

Comment : Lose your stuff and do not reimburse you for it. I have never experienced such a horrible moving company before. I have taken multiple moves cross country. I am infuriated they lost multiple things and will not reimburse us for it. I will never use this moving company again and I recommend you find someone else
