Comment : I have used Pony Express Movers twice. I have had extremely positive experiences with them both times. They were even able to get my two couches in (and out) through a second story window due to it being impossible to move them up the stairs due to narrow turns. They are very efficient and careful. They were sure to point out any issues with our furniture BEFORE it was moved so we would be aware that it was not them who scratched it up. The only issue I have with them is that last year when we moved, one of our small tables did not make it into our new apartment. We emailed them and they confirmed that it was in their warehouse but had been damaged in the move. They did fix it and we picked it up from them. It was odd to me that it was missed but it turned out OK in the end.
