Comment : If you are moving, please save yourself the nightmare and choose any company but this one! I recently moved from the east coast to the Midwest and Palmer made the process very stressful. I realize that mistakes can happen during a move, but their absolute lack of professionalism and customer service is inexcusable. Due to their poor planning, my move was delayed several days almost causing me to miss the first day at my new job. When I arrived at my new location, it took weeks for my goods to arrive, and some items were broken and damaged. Palmers communication throughout the process was non existent, they were very difficult to get a hold of, and when you did reach an employee they were rude and acted annoyed. There are far better moving companies out there that will ensure that your move goes smoothly. Do not do business with this company
