Comment : Thank you so much to Jason and his Team! They were extremely flexible / responsive and were somehow able to do the impossible and get a team of 3 movers out a day earlier than scheduled to unload a very packed 16 ft Pod storage container into our new 2 bedroom apartment. They were at the location in ready to work just 20 minutes after I called to see if they could make it a day earlier! We were in a time crunch to get an important item out of our Pod and On the Go Moving made it happen. I was beyond impressed that the team was able to unload the heavy contents of a 2 bedroom apartment up 3 flights of stairs in just 3 hours! Everyone was so professional, nice, and just a joy to work with. I could not have asked for a better moving experience. I would highly recommend On the Go moving to anyone in need of professional movers. Would definitely hire them again!

Comment : I can not say enough about this company. Did their online reservation, got phone confirmation, e-mails two days and one day before and they showed up 10 minutes early. The three guys who came were AWESOME! Their estimate was for five hours and they took 3.5. I love that they charge by the hour depending on the number of guys they send. Seriously, I am writing this on the day they moved us (from a three story townhouse to a single floor house) and it could not have gone smoother.

Comment : I used this company to move my 2 bdrm apt. I had already moved most of the things, I just needed them to move the 2 bdrm sets and 2 couches. When I called to get a quote, they told me they would be able to disassemble and reassemble they beds. On the day of my move, they arrived 30 minutes late, no biggie. Then they did not have power tools to take my beds apart. They had to use my small tool kit which did not include a power drill so taking the beds apart and putting them back together took longer than it should have. They moved slow like they were trying to drain the clock. The whole thing took 5 hrs. It was 2 beds, 2 dressers, 2 nightstands, and 2 couches. I only moved 5 miles up the road so there was very little travel time. The main reason for the 1 star rating is that 1 1/2 wks after the move I discovered that they did not put my daughters bed back together correctly and the legs broke off along with 2 of the support beams. The only good thing I can say is that they are pleasant people, but terrible work. Would absolutely

On the day of the move, two movers named Nate and Michael arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They were friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient. They were also very organized and took great care in handling all of my belongings. They made sure everything was properly wrapped and protected during the move. Comment : Recently used On the Go Moving to move from city to another city within King County. I was recommended for their service by a good friend who also used their service for moving. We had 4 movers and a truck to move 2500sqft of stuff tons of boxes from previous moving and they had to make 2 trips. They were super efficient and they handles all the furnitures and boxes with care!
