Comment : I just want to share the great experience I had with NW Relocation. Last week I hired them to move my belongings from Oregon to Arizona. I had very little time to move to the new place. So after consulting some friends I contacted them based on good feedback from a couple of friends. On the moving day the mover guys came right on time. They started working immediately, packing carefully and loading the stuff on the truck. They finished everything within three hours. Then they delivered my stuff to my apartment within the time I asked. Overall they provided an excellent service and asked for a reasonable price.

Comment : Couple of weeks ago I have relocated to New Jersey from Oregon with my family. I relocated because I got a great job here in NJ. Comment : After what they did for me just before the Christmas I have become a fan of NW Relocation. When I hired them for the move, they hardly got any time to prepare themselves. Their team arrived at my place without knowing what they were up against. They still managed to regroup themselves, took a close look to everything, made a sudden moving plan, applied their skills and experience to the fullest and accomplished the job! Comment : NW Relocation is the worst moving company! Obviously, they chose a few good reviews to post on their website. Only 1/2 of our items were delivered. The lost/misplaced our other furniture and 25 boxes! What professional company does that??!! The items delivered were damaged and many of the boxes crushed. 95% of the communication has been on our part. I have sent emails, no response. After a month of our furnishing being gone we were supposed to start a claim which we did. 4 days later NW Relocation called and said they found our furniture! They had a new foreman the day our items were loaded in the truck and he did not follow their procedures. Who is training this guy?? Who lets a new employee go off on their own on the first day?? We were told last week that the second part of our delivery will be handled like all other deliveries. When they have a truck and driver going to Phoenix they will add our stuff to the truck. They are already in breach of contract!! Calls and messages left for the owner of NW Relocation nor Coast to Coast Moving who we contracted with have contacted us back. The owner of Coast to Coast promised me there would be compensation and they always back their customers. Wonder where that promise went? Still waiting for delivery of our now found items

Comment : Very good and very fast service. I just moved from Portland to Bay Area and it took less than three days for the whole apartment to be shifted. The movers Dan and Z came in on Wednesday and the complete shipment was delivered and unloaded on Saturday morning. The pricing, the packing and the handling all was done very professionally and very fast I would highly recommend this relocation company who wants to make a fast, efficient and professional move.

Comment : NW Relocation has broke their contract with me. They will not finish assembling my day bed and dresser, they put my piano together wrong and like I said, they will not honor their contract. Comment : After getting their number from my friend and after hearing a lot about them, I finally called NW Relocation 4 days before my move. I spoke with their sales rep Whitney. She seemed to be very professional. She was attentive and asked me many questions to know about the nature of the move and offered me a very affordable estimated price. I booked them for my move. At the day of the move movers arrived on time and they were well equipped and prepared for the event. They seemed to have no problem whatsoever dealing with the fragile and heavy furniture. Movers were wrapping, loading, moving effortlessly. They were fast too. They completed the move before the allotted time and asked me to check the inventory. After checking the inventory I had to thank them for ensuring the safety of my stuffs. I would say that this company is one of the best in town. Comment : I did an interstate move with my local mover GPS Moving (gpsmoving.com). The crew that came and broke down my apartment were fast and efficient. I found everybody to be cheerful and professions. Vanessa at the front office helped my move be amazingly simple. I can recommend spending the extra on the full-service package. Upon arriving at my Oregon destination, my goods were transferred to North West Relocation. Again I found the staff to be friendly, fast and professional. Comment : i never thought that i would recommend any moving company because of my past experiences with several other movers. but after taking the service of NW Relocation i had to recommend them. so, i am recommending NW Relocation to anyone / everyone. i used them few days ago for an inter-state move (Colorado - Idaho) where the team of NW Relocation proved that they just mean business. their movers arrived on time, wrapped and boxed my belongings perfectly and moved them within the schedule. i checked the inventory and surprisingly did not find any damage. nothing was damaged or broken or missing and guess what? they charged me $50 less than the original quote! i know it is hard to believe but it is true. these guys served me the best. i made up my mind to use them in future whenever i will need any moving service. great job guys. thanks
