Comment : We just finished unpacking our things yesterday and what a surprise, we are missing a number of items : Laptop, Scanner, Sowing Machine, Books, some silver, clothes and a VERY expensive Dominican Cowboy hat, William Sonoma kitchen mixing bowls and equipment. In addition most of our lamps where damaged and a beautiful modern desk I have had for years (and moved at least once without any trouble!) is destroyed. I am heartbroken because it is a one of a kind danish design and I cannot find it anywhere. Stay tuned for how the claim process goes. I am sure it will be hell but I am up for the challenge.
