Comment : Great service! They did a wonderful job! We contacted them on short notice and they were able to accommodate us with moving my son out of his apartment on the 31st and into his new apartment the 1st (though basically across the street, but they stored goods overnight). They got there to pick up as well as when they delivered ahead of schedule, with 4 guys. They were quick, courteous, careful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend them.

I have NEVER had them damage anything. Always on time! They carefully wrap and handle anything. They often ask my wife if we want them to arrange the furniture for her. They communicate clearly via email or cell phone. Great workers - we will keep using them and we will keep recommending them!

Comment : This was my first moving experience across country. I was so pleased that it was indeed a very positive experience. I made many phone calls, wrote many emails regarding pricing, availability, etc. I did my homework. My Chicago Moving was the winner. From the very first phone conversation I had with their sales representative, I was comfortable with the whole process presented to me. He was patient with my many questions and concerns. He was reassuring, thorough, and very professional. Initially, he quoted me a price for the shipping of 30 boxes of various sizes, from IL to NY. After I did some additional inquiries with other company I received a lower quote on my upcoming move. I called him and asked if he could price match - and he did. I couldn't have asked for a better mover. They took care with loading my boxes and their customer service kept me updated timely. My goods arrived in good condition and on time. Thank you, My Chicago Moving.

Comment : My Chicago Moving will be remembered by me as one trustworthy, classy and professional working company. I just move with their team from Illinois to Florida and that was a magnificent experience. Everything was well wrapped up, all perfectly secured in their vans and delivered to our new home within 5 days. The price remained as it was in the moving contract.

Comment : When I spoke with My Chicago Moving sales team I had a feel that they would do well. I hired them because the way their sales representative spoke to me I assumed that they are one of the finest in business. I felt great when I saw them proving me right. Movers came on time with packing materials and necessary tools. Van was in great condition and the 3 movers gave their best. They did the packing, moving and storing and they were flawless throughout the entire move. I did not get any reasons to complain. Finally I want to say that this is a great company and I suggest everyone to use them.

Comment : After a very smooth sales experience, everything goes downhill. These guys do not reply to any communications, they do not tell you when your stuff will show up despite it being well past our delivery window, and they generally act like its your privilege to be paying them for their service. I had find a different set of movers if I were you.

Comment : I was very pleased with the service I received from My Chicago Moving. I was able to get a price quote on the phone. When the crew arrived, the (very polite) leader walked through the invoice with me, including the list of things that could incur an extra charge. I asked him to let me know before he used any of these things, to avoid extra charges, which many movers tend to rack up. They worked fast and were careful with my possessions. The drop off crew was equally efficient and courteous. Overall, working with My Chicago Moving was about as pain free as a move can get.
