The estimate was right-on as quoted. They (all 3 movers) worked to gather all of the boxes and items to move. I requested that my TV be crated and my tabletop to be wrapped in a blanket. From start at my apartment to finish at my new apartment things went smoothly and I felt a sigh of relief. I was presented with the paperwork and issued my payment at the beginning of the move and at the close of the move I was asked to verify that no other items were remaining in the truck. I signed the finishing paperwork and filled out a customer survey about how I heard about Expert Movers, Inc. and asked to rate the team members on their performance and professionalism during the move. Furthermore, Expert Movers, Inc. team member Jocelyn (in the office) who initiated the estimate, and set up the entire process was amazing! No hidden fees as everything was full disclosure regarding policy, procedures, liability and cost estimate. Truly amazing workers and company! Thank you! Would highly recommend in a "Chicago Minute" to anyone who is facing a move!
