Comment : I have been most privileged during the last nine years as an Inspector to know, work with and observe a wonderful group of professional movers, packers, drivers and support personnel who make the lives of our US overseas personnel so much better. Patience, kindness, caring, silence, cheerfulness and attention to detail are only some of the qualities that I observed during this challenging assignment. Without exception, every team member contributed extra effort and deserves special recognition and appreciation for an exceptionally well done professional job. The logistics profession is most often done without much appreciation or knowledge that it takes team work, a lot of pure will power to get through a full day of grunt labor (more then 10 – 12 hours) only to return in a few hours for the same ole tedious grind. Stressful and tiring day in and day out. Movers R Us of Clinton Twp always remained cheerful, helpful and saintly patient. I stand in awe in the busy season when I witness cheerful professional movers give so much to make a client’s journey have the best possible results. I salute all the team members and the entire organization for superb performance.

Comment : Our family would like to commend you for a job well done! We were very satisfied with the service and professionalism displayed by your company on our move. Your excellent performance was evident from start to finish. In this day and age – where customer service is more a rarity than a norm – Kingsley Ifezue and Krystal are role models for what “quality service” should be. Frankly, my husband and I were fearful of entering into another ordeal – our fourth move across country. Previous moves with other national moving companies had been riddled with snags, problems and service issues. We were so happy we selected Movers R Us for our move from Michigan to Florida. Kingsley took very good care of us with his personal attention. And there are not enough good words for the crew who ensured that everything went smoothly during the packing and moving process. Movers R Us came through for us and we would highly recommend your company to anyone. Thank you for your attention…and two BIG thumbs up to you!

Comment : I considered some other companies for my move but was referred to Movers R Us by Simply Self Storage in Clinton township, Mi -- I have a good relationship with the m and they got me in touch with a reputable local moving company . I thought that Kingsley was really, really nice and professional and easy to get along with so I felt comfortable going with them. We didn't move a very long distance but the crew was very fast. I had some of them pack stuff for me which was very, very quick. They were very polite and hardworking. My coordinator Kingsley ** and the Movers R Us team ** were absolutely wonderful. The whole experience pretty much met all of my expectations. Easy, comfortable and efficient. I received the same service that I was promised. My sister is moving in a few weeks to Clinton Township and she's going to use Movers R Us.

Comment : My husband and I hired Movers R Us for a move from Lakeside Budget (plus a storage unit nearby) to Clinton Twp, Mi. Starting with my initial contact with them I was impressed. Kingsley was responsive and helpful, and came to our home to do a free estimate for our move. He gave us estimates for a full pack by his crew and a self-pack with his crew just moving and both were reasonable. He also offered to do something in between, where we pack as much as we want and they do the rest day-of. They would even use our own boxes to save us money! Awesome! Movers R Us was friendly, courteous and professional and never pressured us or tried to do a hard sell. From booking through the day before the move he was our point person and was easy to get ahold of quickly, even on the weekends. No complaints. The day of the move John and his crew of two other guys arrived on time and got right to work. They were friendly, professional and efficient. Though we had most things packed up, they helped us out a ton by packing up some remaining breakable items, wrapping the furniture, and packing the TV. The whole move took less than 6 hours from start to finish and the guys were great the whole time. They made sure everything was placed where we wanted it, even moving things around to show us our options. They even collapsed and took away some empty boxes we didn't want. Everything was done with a smile and we were very happy with the service. I can’t Complain! Great Service. I would highly recommend Movers R Us.

Comment : I was very hesitant to use professional movers because I didn't really know what to expect, except that I have heard horror stories from other people. So I was pleasantly surprised. Movers R Us was wonderful. Their estimate was pretty much exactly on target, and the three gentlemen who moved our stuff were professional, courteous, honest, and they took the time to handle our items with care. We were very grateful to be in such good hands. If anybody asks me for a recommendation for a good local mover, I would not hesitate to recommend Movers R Us

Comment : James and his guys were the best moving experience I have ever had. That says a lot in 18 moves in my 62 years of age. Fast and thorough and helpful in so many ways, James hung a heavy mirror for me, set up my A/C stand alone, fixed a ceiling fan and got me loaded up and unloaded in a total of 5 hours for 1660 square feet of stuff. Also helped me figure out the best way to set up my furniture. Such a gentleman too, and I only wish I had found Movers R Us years ago. Great team of guys!!! Thanks for a great stress-less experience.

Comment : James was good to deal with. I had to change my date a couple of times but he was able to be accommodating and rolled with it. Price is very fair. They came with their own truck and had everything you could need dollies, blankets, shrink wrap, blankets, even wardrobe boxes although I did not need any of that because I was moving from storage so everything was good to go. His son, James Jr. came with a helper. They worked quickly and efficiently. Everything made it there in good condition. They even assembled my bed for me. Would definitely use them again and recommend.
