Comment : The guy that runs the company had an issue with another client, he was explaining to me since she kept calling him. He arrived late with only one young kid to help, which ended up moving everything alone as the other man just "organized" things in the truck. I was quoted a flat rate of 125 and I asked if that was for a set number of hours then charged an additional but he said no it was a flat rate. Comes to my house bring the "contract" out which then shows something else which I questioned him about. Then he said that that's his meaning of flat rate as in no taxes. So since only one man was moving everything and I was charged by the hour and not a flat rate he charged $750! On top of being over charged more than one piece of furniture was damaged and I asked what was going to be done about it and he said nothing. I specifically asked for everything minus my daughter's night stand to be wrapped since furniture damaged wouldn't be covered if it wasn't wrapped. I would not recommend this guy to anyone!!!! Horrible service!
