Comment : We hired this company to move our furniture this summer and hold it until our home was ready. The sales person promised us the charges for delivering the furniture would be the same and loading with the exception of hours of drive time and gas. We moved 2 hours away and were charged over 1000.00 over the first quote. Our furniture was damaged and we were told they honor the DOT standards of 60 per pound reimbursement. When I say damage, I am talking about a crushed box of china clearly labeled, glass to our office desk shatter and left in the moving truck, scratches to my leather couches, a broken hinge on my deep freezer are a few. Once we were unpacked I realized we could not find a box of family photos that I hold so precious to my heart. My husband had wrapped them and labeled them not to be sent in the truck. We could not find the box. We called the moving company and they had the box I was so excited I said please, send me the pictures. That was in November. They keep telling us they do not know when the owner is going to be able to get them to us. It is now December and they still have them, my hopes of ever getting them are shattered . I do not recommend this company to anyone.
