Comment : Our recent move with Mooney Movers proved to be more expensive than we thought! Unfortunately several expensive items were broken or damaged during the transport of our furniture and household items. We contacted Mooney Movers to report the damages including gouges to the top of an antique China Hutch, broken Lamps etc. We were quickly shuffled off to Stevens who l found offensive and disallowed almost the entire claim with a settlement of $120 for what we estimate to be over $1,000 in damages (try finding and antique refinisher for $120). The employees at Mooney offered no help to resolve the claim even though the damage happened in one of their trucks. Be careful who you choose before to move your personal possessions!
