Comment : Mindful Movers made my recent move an easy experience. John and his team were so careful of every item moved, wrapping each piece of furniture and taking extra care with older pieces. All three guys that came to move us were polite and careful! Before they left all furniture was in place and my washer and dryer were hooked up, which I did not expect! I would highly recommend Mindful Movers!

Comment : If I could leave zero stars I would. Beware of this company, they are unreliable and unprofessional. My husband contacted John on April 25 to schedule a move for June 5 at 9am. We reserved via text message and John confirmed the meet time at 7:30am on June 5. All communication was done through text where we received the quote for two hours. We thought we were all set. On June 4, my husband received a call that the movers were at our apartment. We told John that it was not the correct day, however he tried to say we were wrong. We sent a screenshot of the previous messages and he confirmed that was his mistake. At that time we again confirmed that he in fact would have his team meet us the following day, the date we have scheduled a month prior. He requested if we could move earlier, at 7:30am and we agreed. In addition, we confirmed the price. John claimed that he had quoted us a minimum of 3 hour charge, but again that was not true. We sent him the screen shot where he quoted us 2 hour minimum of service, so he once again had to accept his own terms. The night of June 4, almost at 11pm we received a call from John that he was short a worker and was requesting if we could meet at 8:30-9am instead. Again, my husband and I agreed. On June 5, we waited a bit after 9am and began calling John and texting. We did not hear anything at ALL!! I tried calling from my fathers cell and all I got was a text message saying he would "call us back". After I replied letting him know of the situation, again RADIO SILENCE. We did not get any sort of call/text/communication from John letting us know that either the movers would be late or not be able to make it. That is extremely unprofessional, poor customer service, and just plain rude. We had been very understanding and accommodating to work with John but he did not even have the decency to call us and communicate regarding the situation. John at first seems very friendly and responsive, but in actuality his is incompetent of running the business successfully. The least we would have appreciated was communication.

Comment : I rarely get on here to write reviews but I could not help myself The business owner Preston Jones and his employees where more than helpful when it came to my last minute cry for help They where very mindful you could say of my belongings and my time and I love the fact that they price match with other local companies to Make sure you get the best deal possible .All and all I would definitely recommend this young mans business to anyone looking to move ! Great customer service I will be sending some friends your way very soon
