Comment : If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and NEVER hire these movers. I had an appointment set for 1-3pm and received NO call and NO update on my move until 6:30pm after I called every number they gave me to inquire. They rescheduled me for 9am the next day and did not arrive until 11:30. They then tried to charge me out the ass for any and everything. I tried contacting customer support where one young lady named TARA hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. The sales representative SCOTT that initially took my job refused to answer any of my calls claiming he was on an airplane and in a meeting (at the same time lol) Over all the management at this place is ATROCIOUS. I paid for 2 hours of moving. One hour of which was supposed to be labor and one for travel time. The truck was loaded in 30 mins and arrived at the destination in another 30mins (since my movers needed to stop and buy water on my clock) even though it was really only a 10 min drive. So only an hour has passed and they tried charging extra another half hours service when I still have another hour left! Over all this has been the most inconvenient, unprofessional, money hungry service I have EVER had to use. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire this company.
