We started our executive housing company in 1994 with the intention of providing visitors to Louisville, Kentucky with a better lodging experience than they were currently experiencing. Coming from a highly competitive background, our goal from the outset was to become the leading provider of upscale, high quality lodging in Louisville. We believe that the additional benefits of an upscale furnished apartment over extended stay hotel accommodations, combined with a team dedicated to providing the best guest service in Metro Louisville, is the key to our success. Since becoming Metro Louisville s ONLY locally owned and operated executive housing company, we continue to focus on helping families transition to a new city. We’ve managed to grow the company mainly by listening to our guests/customers and continually improving our product based on their input. That feedback has led to numerous features that we’ve added over the years to further enhance our guest’s lodging experience with us. For instance, we provide additional TV’s in the bedrooms. We recognize the need for families, or individuals sharing an apartment, to be able to watch one program while other people may be using the second TV for their own entertainment.

Comment : THIS IS ONE OF THE ABSOLUTE WORSE COMPANIES TO WORK WITH!! Every one in the office is miserably RUDE!! They are completely over priced! Do not do business with them! I will be reporting Todd to the BBB. His staff is even very unhappy with the way they are talked to and treated. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
