Comment : I had the absolute worst experience with this company. I was given an estimate of $1300.00 and when they came to my house it was totally different. I gave them $1000 on the spot and they took my stuff away. They put it in storage and then I started getting bills for some amount that was never discussed. I went back and forth with the customer service manager over email dispite giving her my number she never once called me. I never spoke with anyone after they came and took my stuff. They ended up auctioning my stuff off which was everything I owned including pictures of my kids that I can never get back. When I asked them if I could get my $1000 back they never responded. So, they took my money and my personal possessions and I have not heard a word from them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR MOVING.
