Comment : I moved the beginning of December. Although I paid more than I wanted too, four months later they sent me an email saying they were sending a $16 unpaid bill to Collections!!! Not sure what the extra $16 was, but I thought I had paid the whole balance on the phone after the move. Besides the fact that they have all of my contact information.WTF!!!
