Comment : La Rosa Del Monte is probably one of the best movers ever! I had looked them up in the web and I found out that they have been awarded a “Top 10 best companies” award multiple times now! And that made me go for them. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the entire moving experience. I had nothing to complain about! They were very professional and enthusiastic at their jobs. One of the best crews ever! They had actually accidentally charged me more for the moving. When I reported it to them, they immediately rectified their mistake and issued a dire apology. It was really great. I don’t think anyone else would cooperate so easily. They were well mannered and very punctual at their jobs. I’d say go for them!

Comment : These guys are one of the best movers that I have ever used. Their prices are friendly. I used them while relocating last month. Their policies are so flexible and suit our needs! Their customer service was really great! I was afraid that the moving was going to get delayed because of the bad weather. But they were so adept at handling crisis. They managed to stay very professional and calm and they managed to be prompt. They were experts in their work! They remained punctual too. I was afraid of certain heavy items that needed to be moved. But they made sure nothing got damaged. They understood how much those stuff meant to me. I’m happy that I chose them.

Comment : I used them 3 years ago, FROM CT TO PR, i had great delivery. The only thing is that one of the boxes was torned open. But i thought prices are good. I am using them again. Have to say 3 years ago Ricky was excellent and the guys that picked up very nice and professional, this time a female not so customer service like, but hope to have the same great service. But NOT sending my car with them!

Comment : Don't do business with them. They are THIEVES! LOTS of clothes stolen. Furniture arrives scratched up. Their insurance covers up to $50. Movers arrived hung over.This company will STEAL your items!

Comment : Ridiculous Extremely incompetent. They scheduled us for pick up and the day of it, they had not called by 1 30pm so we called and they said their truck broke down and would not make it. they could not even rent a truck to get our moving the next day.They said we had to wait another week. I have a new born child and my life packed up. Not even a utensil to cook I have available, no car, and not even enough diapers On me for a week.They did not care.
