Comment : We are reporting this business to the BBB due to a fraudulent charge on our card for a moving service never performed. A deposit was made on this customers behalf yet the move was cancelled and NO SERVICE WAS PERFORMED aside from a phone quoted estimate. The deposit charged was almost 6,000. We are dealing with our credit card company on this one since no one will return our calls at Kid Gloves. Since my mother is in her late 70s this kind of fraud is considered Elder Abuse and we will be seeking legal action. I repeat, they have taken our messages but have not returned our calls regarding the matter and have stolen my mothers money and wasted way too much time trying to hunt them down. It has been 5 months since the charge was made and still, nothing.
