Comment : If there is an option for zero star, I would give them. I used their storage service and once all my stuffs were delivered, the owner lied to me about price. So FUNNY! I talked to him over the phone a few weeks before my delivery and when I got there he asked me double the price. WTF? No reliability!!!!!!!

Comment : I just used Key Express moving piano from Northern California(bay area) to Orange County. I cannot express my happiness about their performance. First I talked the owner, Jessica, and she explained the whole process. I had to wait a little bit to get the space to move piano. Once she figured out, she contacted me with the plan. As soon as we agreed , she sent me a written contract. Everything went according to the plan. My son who received the piano, sent me an email how happy he was. He praised the process the workers handled at receiving site. First the price was reasonable and the workers are very professional, cautious, answered the questions we had while packing. They followed the pick up time and delivery time according to the contract. I strongly recommend this mover to anybody

Comment : DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. THEY BREAK YOUR THINGS. Like V L., I had a horrible experience with Key Express. They were scheduled to show up between 10am and noon the day of moving my items. I called around 2 pm to see why no one was here to pack. Finally, the movers showed up around 4 pm.
