Comment : We hired Kentuckiana moving for a Friday move over a distance of 17 miles. We were told to expect them to arrive for the move between 8 & 9. I got a call at 9 that their ETA was 9:30; this 30-minute delay was no big deal to us. The 3-man time was efficient and appeared to be careful with our furniture. They were polite and clear in their communication both before and during the move. We were given a time estimate of this being a 6-8 hour job and it took 6 hours, for which we paid. The only reason I knocked off 1 star is that, since we have been able to review everything that was moved, we have detected noticeable damage to a few furniture items (e.g., wood splintering on one of the beds) that they never mentioned to us; the damage is easy to see and it is very unlikely that they did not see it. We understand that things happen during a move but would have appreciated acknowledgment of the damage before they left. Overall, we appreciate their time and effort and feel that we got a good value for our move.

Comment : Did not show up on time. Acted as if they had all the time in the world when they finally arrived four hours later and took frequent breaks. Constant complainers about everything. Did not have tools they needed, claimed someone stole them off the truck. Seemed to pack well, but no structure or plan of attack. Kept jumping between projects.

Comment : We had Spencer, Michael, Hunter and Tony as our movers and they were great. They were kind, professional and knowledgeable. These guys made it easy when it could have been a hard move. Everything ended up in the right place in great condition. Thanks to them!
