Comment : We used this moving company this past weekend. The truck was big and clean. The movers. Taylor and Philip were amazing. Never slacked off, constantly going up and down the stairs with no problem...in the rain. They got the job done. A shout out and thanks to them! The price was very fair and worth every penny. We recommend this business.

Comment : DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! If I could, I would give ZERO out of 10 stars. First of all, I had to follow behind these guys and take things out of cabinets that they had missed or forgotten to pack. Second of all, I payed them after the move and before the cleaning and left my former residence, expecting them to do the job that they promised, which was to clean the kitchen, refrigerator, all bathrooms, floors, and carpet on stairs. When I went the next day to check, the refrigerator wasn't clean, none of the mirrors in the bathrooms were cleaned, the toilets were merely wiped down, the floors in the bathrooms had dust and hair all over them, and the carpet on the stairs was still matted down and had trash on it from the move out. Then, I called the owner, CHRISTOPHER DEHOYA, and he assured me he would call my property manager and return to finish the job. Now, I find out the job wasn't completed and there wasn't even an ATTEMPT to follow through and finish the job, and he hangs

Comment : I used Keep Austin Moving for my latest apartment move and liked the fact that I could choose between an hourly rate or a per-item rate. Based on the information I received from other Austin companies, Keep Austin Moving was the most cost effective for my move. I also liked being able to have them pack up some of my items before moving, which was a huge help to me. I will keep them in mind for future moves, and times when I need to have new furniture or appliances delivered, as their per-item rate may be less than delivery fees at retailers these days.

Comment : This is the first time I have used a moving company and I am glad I chose Keep Austin Moving. Taylor and Daniel did my move. They were on time (early actually), very professional, and super efficient. Having no experience with movers I figured I had be walking into a mess but they asked me where I wanted things to go and did their best to organize my new place. There were a couple of broken glasses but that was due to my lack of packing skills. Thank you guys! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of movers.

Comment : The staff was nice however I had a horrible overall experience with this company. Read through some reviews and thought because they were nice and offered a fair quote that maybe I will have better luck than some of the others that wrote bad reviews.. Damaged my furniture and have a nice whole in my wall. To matters worse they refused to cover any of the damage costs. I warn you, do not go with this company.
