Comment : Movers were to arrive at 8:00am on the agreed upon moving day. With no sign or call from Coyne, I called at 9:00am to inquire as to the status. I was informed that an employee had gotten our paperwork wet and they were no longer able to read our contact details. The employee decided to just wait until we called to complain. Once I called, they informed me that they would not be able to get to the house until noon. I agreed only because I knew we would not be able to get another company on such short notice and our move absolutely had to happen on this day. Once movers finally arrived, we learned that they did not even have the appropriate equipment and in fact had to go rent a truck and other moving equipment, further delaying their arrival. The movers were very rough with our items, marking up the woodwork of both the old and new houses as well as leaving dings and marks in the walls and on furniture. I had asked for three movers but only two were sent. The two spent most of the day bickering between themselves and in front of our young children. They moved the last box into our new home at almost 2:30am, making for an exhausting and frustrating day for all. At no time was a discount offered due to the lateness of their arrival or for the damage they caused. One of the movers did offer to come back on his own and touch up the paint on the walls but after seeing the quality of their work, we were not comfortable with that.
