Comment : This is the same company as United Expedite. A fly by night rip you off company. Came to my house looked at everything I had and loaded half my stuff in his small rental truck and then told me he wanted more money. I was told by the police that I would have to sue him to get my money back. Also scratched the front of my gun safe with his dolly and then told me he did do it.

Comment : I see a note from today stating that JP no longer works for the company. What is funny is that JP is such a sociopath that when we used him for the move, he told us it was his company. I get a response over 1 year from this experience yet nobody ever offered a refund, etc over the bad experience.

Comment : Hired another company to load my truck (big mistake). Hired Joe's to unload it. They were more professional by far, more presentable, more communicative, on time and faster! Even though their rate was more than others, it ended up being less because they worked so hard and fast. They brought the right tools too. Im also glad I paid for the white glove service. They put the beds together and took care of everything! Such a load off my back (literally and figuratively). Thanks Joe's Smooth Move!
