Comment : This company moved me from Lubbock, Texas to Plano, Texas and it was a nightmare! Not only did it take them 12 hours to load the trucks, there were damages to my possessions while loading and when they arrived there was extensive damages to my furniture because of poor or lack of packing and wrapping. The movers were unprofessional and did a poor job. I confronted them with the damages, and all I have received is " I can't believe this happened and I am sorry " from the owner even though I sent him multiple pictures and his movers even took pictures of the damages. He claims that he will "make things right" but no offer has been made to actually fix the damages. I would not recommend this moving service to my family or friends!

Comment : Joes Moving helped make my move a success. The communication was great. The workers from the estimate to the moving team was wonderful to work with. Very pleasant and professional. One of the more important things to me is to have the boxes and furniture delivered to the proper room and they absolutely did that. When they were not sure they stopped to ask. Nothing was broken or scratched. I highly recommend you hire Joes moving for any size of a load. You will not be sorry.
