Comment : We booked these guys to move and then my husband found the reviews like two hours later. WE got a bit scared of all the negative reviews and decided to cancel. My husband called and Mandy answered the phone (same person all the time). When my husband asked to cancel she said fine and hung up! He had to call again and make sure she will return out deposit. She said she will have accounting credit us. I will be checking our statement carefully! Good business skills to not even ask why we are canceling or try to keep our business but to just HANG UP!
