Comment : This is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. The inaccurate assessment led to over 1k in extra charges. The delivery dates are off by more than 5 days. They fail to communicate crucial parts of the contract. The customer service is absolutely awful and they just tell you that you are wrong. They say call them day of and they do not answer any of the phone lines. I wish I could give them less than 0.

Comment : As far as relocation is concerned, I bet you are on top of the game. I mean the way you deal with everything, taking the small details into consideration show how prepared and dedicated you are in making sure your clients are satisfied with the job. I had seen other movers working, while relocating some of my friends and relatives but saw nothing like what I did when you were relocating my family and me. I believe that I have found my movers and had no reason, not even one, to look anywhere else for relocation services.

Comment : Absolutely deplorable. This company is shady, immoral, and they will keep pawn your belongings off to the cheapest bid regardless of the company. Firstly, we moved from PA to UT. They never picked up our car. When we called the day of our supposed pickup we were told they had not found a driver yet and were not sure when they had have one. We had to find another company to take our car last minute. They also held our belongings for 30 days. They told us May 3rd was the delivery date. Come May 3rd we called from our new home and they then informed us May 3rd was only the first available date and they had no idea when or where our stuff was arriving. There was no communication on their end, we always had to call them. The customer service woman was entirely unprofessional and clearly uneducated. Her supervisor was even worse. They purposely leave you on hold or just hang up on you if they do not want to deal with you. These people have no morals nor do they give a single damn about you. They will seem so nice and accommodating while giving you a quote which doubled in price upon pickup incidentally but the moment we signed it was like an entirely different company. When they did finally arrive they were not careful unloading and broke several pieces of furniture while also scratching up our walls. I have never been so blatantly disrespected and disregarded by anyone. You are better off renting a truck for yourself. In the end we paid this company nearly 5000 to jerk us around and shit on us for a month. I cannot say it enough, this was the worst experience of my life.
