Comment : Long distance move was something which I never experienced until I used Infinity Van Lines 2 weeks ago. They moved me and my family from Orlando, FL to Salt Lake City, UT. But I contacted with more than a dozen companies. It was Infinity Van Lines which was fairly priced and have a very good reputation, so I choose the fine combo and booked my move with them. I was worried about the huge collection of glass ware, pool table, grand piano and for the delicate art works. But they were very careful while they wrapped and boxed everything, furniture were padded nicely. They used plenty of tapes; bubble and shrink wrap and double checked everything before loading. But they were never running behind the schedule. We did not have to wait for the delivery at the other end because they arrived a lot before the schedule and helped us unpacking and setting up the furniture. There were few scratches and dents but those were nothing considering the work they have accomplished. I do recommend Infinity Van Lines.

Comment : Before ten days of our move, we booked Infinity Van Lines. I was given an affordable quotation. They called me to make sure if they would come to load. They arrived on time after I positively answered them. They were so punctual that they didn't even take a break for one minute. I don’t think I need to write any more compliment for them. They were already well reviewed. Infinity Van Lines always kept communication. They cautiously protect all delicate items. There was no breakage in the delivery. I highly recommend them for a stress free move.

Comment : Moving with the best team absorbed all my stress. When I hired Infinity van lines and I was not expecting much but they did a lot more than what was required. They were willingly supplying free boxes while packing and made the task look pretty ordinary. Movers arrived on time and completed the packing and loading without a hitch and the delivery took less than the quoted time and the price was within the estimate. Condition of my inventory was absolutely wonderful. So, I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending this company.

Comment : I've moved before and had a horrible experience, so I was very hesitant with any moving company. I eventually went with Infinity Van Lines because of the good reviews. I had my goods picked up and was updated throughout my whole move up until delivery. Very great company to get moved by and I will recommend them to anyone moving out of state.

Comment : They moved me and my boyfriend three days ago to our new apartment. We both had a great pleasure to cooperate with Infinity Van Lines. I would say one hundred thousand stars for their service and behavior (from the beginning to the end). Booking process with them was so easy and pleasant, like a breeze, they called us a day before the moving day for confirmation. When the guys came at our old home, my boyfriend also wanted to help them a bit with wrapping but they did not let him. They did a great job. My bf was afraid that something might get damaged, but everything was OK! Our moving process was really quick, with no stress or additional costs. For me and my bf, the most important thing is that both of us are super happy and satisfied with Infinity Van Lines and we would definitely ask for their service again if we needed it.

Comment : I had no idea what I was doing when I moved from Tampa, FL to Los Angeles, CA. I googled movers and I read a blog that recommended a few movers including Infinity Van Lines. I sent a bunch of emails and Infinity Van Lines was the first to get back to me. The sales guy walked me through all the way, how many boxes I may have, and gave me an estimate. The company worked with me to get the move done on the exact day and time I needed. The movers arrived early and were so quick and efficient. They were so kind to me and helped with so many little things I did not expect. I could not ask for a quicker turn around. They moved me in to my apartment in Los Angeles quickly and efficiently. The foreman even helped me figure out how to arrange my furniture. The movers and the whole experience were amazing. I would highly recommend Infinity Van Lines!

All of that was pretty miserable, and of course we were at their mercy because none of this comes up until it's moving day and they aren't showing up, or they have your stuff and let you know that they found a way to charge over $500 more than was originally discussed (seriously, we had to pay a guy that was walking down the street $50 to help us move our things into the house because they refused to do it unless we paid them $500 more than was discussed). While all of that is horrible, it might just be the pains that come with dealing with a moving company, but the real kicker was that THEY LOST HALF OUR STUFF!! Seriously, at least 3 boxes and a huge coffee table (seriously, it's like a short dining room table) just didn't show up. We even wrote our names and address on all of the boxes just in case, but they found a way. Just as icing on the cake, to make a claim for the things that they just never bother to bring you have to fill out a form online and mail it to them, but fun fact, the page that the form is supposedly located on just says content not found. If you're thinking about hiring them I would say the easier way to go would be to just throw your stuff away now. Same result, but a lot cheaper and less headache.

Comment : I got exactly what I paid for. I liked the way they scheduled my move and accommodated my requirements and offered a very reasonable price. After I booked my move with Infinity Van Lines, I did not even lift my fingers. They did everything and with ease. Packing, loading, moving, unloading, unpacking, everything went as planned and exactly how I wanted and during this process, I was never ever given a chance to complain. These guys are real pros and they made sure that I get the best value of my hard earned money. Being honest, they performed a lot more than what was expected.

Comment : I have been recommending Infinity Van Lines to all my friends. The entire experience was easy and painless. From the beginning over the phone with Sales rep, he sent us a free kit of boxes and tape, and was extremely professional and courteous. The team that moved us was fast, efficient, and friendly. The team leader was great and the other gentleman, sorry I can't remember the names, were fast yet careful with our belongings. They did an awesome job.

I booked my move with them and they did a fabulous job for me. Comment : Infinity Van Lines is not a new to me. I have used this company twice before and couple of weeks ago I used them for the third time. But this time for a long distance move and they performed exactly what I was expecting from them. The sales guy offered me a reasonable price, scheduled my move at my preferred date, accommodated my requirements and assigned their best team. Packing and loading was completed within a blink of an eye and the moving was done before the allotted time. I paid just $30 more than the quoted amount and in return got a stress free move without any unwanted surprises. After using Infinity Van Lines 3 times, I have no doubts left in my mind that this is the best moving company.

Comment : When I booked my move with Infinity Van Lines, I was very worried for the welfare of my belongings because I never got a good move using professionals in the past and this time I was moving across the country. But all my worries vanished once they completed the task. These guys provided the complete package. They did the packing, moving, even supplied the packing materials. I had plenty of breakables and delicate stuff which were my main concern but they proved to be equally good to the task. I got all my things in great condition. Not a single damage, not even a dent and the price was reasonable and the moving time was less than the quoted time. So, for me Infinity Van Lines is the company to call for my next move.

Comment : Things started out very well with this company. However, as soon as the truck was loaded, everything has been downhill. With this being my first time using a moving company, I had no idea how many cubic feet my stuff would be. Relying on the "professional" estimate given to me at the beginning of this ordeal, I moved forward. Once everything was loaded on the truck (without receiving a new estimate), I was told that I had almost 4 times the amount of stuff quoted to me and the price would be almost 4 times as much! At this point I felt trapped, because I had to be out of my house that day and my stuff was already in boxes on the truck. After quite a few long discussions with the manager (who was the only helpful person I talked to) we were able to get the price down by $2,000 which helped, but was still almost 3 times the estimate. Fortunately the company I work for was willing to pay the final bill, but everything after the load up till the delivery has been horrific. The general manager was extremely rude, unwilling to take responsibility for their mistake. My stuff was over a week late and when I would call to get updates, I was treated as if I was the one making mistakes. There has been no communication, unless I am the one to make contact. I strongly recommend that you find a company that is willing to own their mistakes and knows how to treat their customers with respect. Outside of the movers and the very nice manager (Melissa) this company has been a nightmare to work with. Find a different company!

Comment : Moving from a 1460+ sq ft house to a 2 bedroom apartment in Independent Living. My children came to help and moved the boxes and then Infinity came ON TIME and moved the furniture in 2 hours. Very impressive Furniture was wrapped in blankets and then shrink wrapped so there was no damage. Movers were polite and professional. Could not have asked for a better crew. Many Thanks.
