Comment : Used them in July of 2015. They broke several large pots/planters due to their negligence. I called several times and spoke with their sales person. Both he and the moving manager for the move took pictures and promised to have the owner send a check for the cost. It is now June 2016 and still no word or check. We are only talking $100. They remind me a bait and switch operators.

Comment : I had a wonderful experience with J&P and highly recommend them to anyone looking to move! The team handled all of my personal belongings with so much care and made sure everything was thoroughly protected. The guys on the team were very thorough, respectful and kind. They made the whole process stress and worry free! Great personal communication with the front office with scheduling. The whole process was a breeze. I HIGHLY recommend J&P!
