Comment : Recently used Hoods for a move within the Triad area. Scheduled an early morning start and they ended up over an hour late without any phone call. We actually had to call them to see what was going on, so that was a little disappointing. The move mostly went well, the guys working really hustled. One of my pieces of furniture did get badly damaged and a few other pieces got scratched up. I would recommend that if you do use them, possibly ask them to be careful with your belongings. They seemed more interested in speed and were a little careless with our possessions. However, their quickness does result in a very good price. Their hourly rates are lower than almost any of the competition and they certainly did not dawdle. They also took the damaged piece of furniture back and offered to get it fixed up for us and deliver it back to our home. They did an adequate job fixing it and delivered it after we followed back up with them.
