Comment : Hill Worldwide Moving Services was contracted by the military to move my family. They used some of the best boxes available, but they still managed to do a terrible job. I was told that I would have four packers for three days. We lived three hours away from their office so the packers would stay in a hotel each night. On day one only two individuals showed up and they returned home instead of staying the night. I was told they would throw more man power at our house after day two if needed on day three. On day two we did receive three packers, but they did not show up until 2:00 pm because there was another job they had to complete. They were only at our house for two hours. I called their main office to complain and got no response. On day three the same three packers arrived and were way behind schedule. One packer, Trinity, was very disrespectful to my wife when she asked him to wrap the items in paper that were going into boxes. We saw him on numerous occasions dumping things into boxes with no paper wrapping. This has resulted in countless things being broken on the receiving end. Towards the end of the day, the packers wanted to leave so they could catch a ferry home because they "were basically done." I made them stay and finish the job because I knew they still had close to ten man hours of work. I do not recommend this company and if you have no other option, do NOT let Trinity in your house.
