Comment : Terrible, terrible experience. Jim the owner promised all furniture would be wrapped in plastic, tv boxed, pictures boxed, none of that happened. My biggest complaint was he said he was sending 6 guys, 3would stay in the house and 3 would stay out to protect flooring. Did not happen, new carpet ruined. Left clothes in closets. Had to make 10 more trips in our suv the next day.
