Comment : I spoke with Sean today at 8:30am. He was really pleasent and we both agreed on a physical evaluation of my apartment for a long-distance move quote from Cleveland to Florida today between 2-3pm. No one showed up. No one called despite us giving the contact info for both me and my wife. Disappointing. Bad start.
