Comment : Using GS movers was one of the biggest mistakes I ever made. 1st, they were late. 2nd, they were careless in packing things into the truck. 3rd, they billed me for the 30 minutes they took to stop at a gas station and buy beverages. 4th, and most importantly, MY COUCH WAS DAMAGED BECAUSE OF THESE MOVERS. My microfiber couch was torn during the moving process. Yes, it is unusually large and an odd shape, but they did not use anything to protect the couch while squeezing it through the stairwell. They damaged the couch, which I cannot afford to replace or fix. The company will not pay for any damages and I still had to pay full price for the movers. Yes, the movers themselves were nice- but idiots that cost me my couch! I would give them NEGATIVE stars if I could
