Comment : Horrible I bought a couch from Sams.com that was supposed to be delivered by September 22. Through tracking I could see that the couch was sitting at Fresno Moving and Storage. I called them the morning of the 22nd to find out the time in which they were bringing it. Susanna Told me she had no idea where I came up with the 22nd as the delivery date. I explained that is what my order conformation said and that is what the tracking number said. She was rude and unhelpful. She told me that they only deliver to my area foothills about 50 mins from Fresno once a month no matter what. They will not be coming my direction until Oct 15th, that is almost 1 month late! Meanwhile we have sold our old couch and have a empty living room. Since the delivery company that sams.com has hired as a subcontracting delivery company would not deliver, I now have to go pick the couch up myself. Completely ridiculous when I paid for white glove delivery. Never again would I ever chose to use Fresno Moving and Storage.
