Comment : Franklin Van Lines delivered my furniture on the east coast 35 days late, and my $4000 bed was completely broken because it was not properly disassembled. My brand new $300 chair had permanent marker all over it, and my suitcase stand was missing. Franklin does not answer phone calls or emails - has fake phone numbers that change frequently, has their business registered to a false address, and writes FAKE REVIEWS online. Their rating on Yelp was at 1 star, and they made an identical page with 0-day accounts to bring their average up. Their Yellow Pages site is the same story. There are currently multiple lawsuits in action against them for their "mistakes" and they will soon no longer exist. This is a horrible scam and I couldn't have possibly chosen a worse company to hire.
