Comment : We called Fox Moving when the moving company we initially hired started doing crazy things that made us uncomfortable using them. We called Fox about 9:00 to do a double move (move us to our new house and move our tenants into our old house) and they told us they would be avaiable by 1:00. At 11:30 they called and asked if we were prepared to go, they got done early. A pleasant surprise for sure. The guys were fantastic and very good natured. They were careful with my stuff and aside for the unavoidable scuffs going up a narrow staircase, I have no complaints. I would definitely use again!

Comment : I used Fox Moving Company to move out of my Nashville home. I feel compelled to tell you about my multitude of problems and how deeply disappointed I was with FOX. Your company somehow managed to make an exciting time in my life (with my beginning my medical career in my husbands hometown) one of the most stressful endeavors I have ever embarked in my life. 1. On June 8, the moving company was over an hour late and the movers did not call to update me on the delivery time. 2. I was forced to pay before unloading, although it was clearly communicated that payment would be collected 30 minutes prior to departing Ridgeland. Then on the day of delivery it was changed? I called and spoke with the dispatcher and he was no help. Then an hour later the moving price was increased because of loading fees? Did you not know that fee was going to be increased on June 4? Why was this increased an hour into my delivery especially after I had to pay before the movers even star

Comment : Do not use this company at all! They dropped my new refrigerator and gashed the inside of it (shelves fell out and lodged into the insulation through the plastic), they damaged over 9 items, scarred my wood floor of the new house, scratched the wooden bannister and stairs. I was told by the movers after they made a call to their manager that the refrigerator would be replaced cause it was clearly their fault--to just call Brittany on Monday. Now, they make you sign a contract that has a statement on it for $.60/lb. I specifically asked about this statement prior to anything being moved cause that amount would definitely NOT cover my heavier items like the refrigerator, washer/dryer, etc. I was told by the mover, Randy, that the $.60/lb only applies to the boxes I packed myself, NOT appliances or heavy equipment. When I called Brittany the next Monday, she said to document it all in a letter, and she would take care of it. Another week later, she had more documentation to fill out--

Comment : I have moved numerous times in the past 30 years, from one side of the country to the other and back. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. More damage than all the other moves combined. Sure they were the least expensive, but you get what you pay for. With all the negative reviews, Iam not sure how they are still in business or how the franchise hasnot been revoked. I would highly recommend finding another moving comapny, any other moving company
