Comment : I have used Five Star Movers for three moves over the course of the past 7 years. Overall, they have been fantastic. Erika is very responsive and helpful. The booking process was easy. Their pricing is better than many companies. In every move, the guys showed up on time, were fast and efficient, and put everything where I asked. The only issue I have had is during my most recent move, they were backing the truck up into my driveway and backer into my porch, breaking the railing. I watched it happen, and so did the spotter, who inexplicably told the driver to keep backing up until he hit the railing. However, when I told them about the damage they were apologetic and came back right away to fix the railing (and did a great job fixing it). Looking at past reviews, it seems like everyone who hires them for local moves is happy, and people who have hired them for long distance moves are unhappy. I can say after 3 local moves that I would definitely use them again.
