Comment : I hired five star movers for a long distance move. The booking process was good and very professional. Beyond that my experience was terrible. All of my items were neatly packed in plastic crates. It was evident that many of them were rummaged through or spilled as there was dirt on my clothes and some things were missing. Many of the plastic crates were damaged badly. When I pointed this out to the mover he said we have insurance you can file a claim. I was very disappointed by how little care was taken of my belongings.
