Comment : First they showed up late with no mask or gloves. Then when I asked them to pack the breakables, and help pack up other dishes, I told them they did not need to pack the food in the pantry as I would come back to get that. I also told them not to pack items on certain pieces of furniture that were not being moved. But they packed both the food and several items I either did not tell them to pack, or specifically told them not to pack, adding to the cost. They also spilled sand all over my basement carpet, moving a box of sand that I did not tell them to move. They also arrived short handed and after 5 hours I called for reinforcements when the lead said that they would be lucky to finish by midnight. Then after they left, I discovered that several items I asked them to move were moved to my place, but left downstairs in the garage. The final straw was when I went to move my futon in preparation for bringing my cats over, the futon fell apart because it was not put together correctly.

Comment : Unbelievably well! I chose another set of movers first, and they never showed and then gave excuses! I called Exodus because It was my only day to move! They were so quick, professional and soooo helpful! I am definitely going to use them again! Many thanks to the great guys at Exodus! They even shrink wrapped my things!

Comment : I used Exodus movers last week when I had to transport a heavy piano and I was worried about it getting transported safely. That was my father’s gift and I value it a lot. But these guys made sure nothing happened to my piano. They had packed it up so securely and neatly! They listened to me rant with patience about how much it meant to me. The crew was very polite and warm. I was relieved when I saw the truck rolling with my prized possession. Thank you guys! You were incredible. I would gladly recommend Exodus to everyone I know.
