Comment : I used Empire to move me from NJ to NYC and they were amazing. Virgil helped set me up with everything over the phone and he was very helpful and kind, even when I was clearly getting stressed about moving so soon after a holiday weekend. The movers who came were quick and careful, they made sure all of my things were properly wrapped and taken care of and even took some things that I forgot to originally put in my inventory. I could not recommend this company enough, they are truly sone of the best movers in NYC.

Comment : Fantastic service from start to finish We moved between 1bedroom apartments in Manhattan in mid June 2021. Brad was very responsive and helpful during the planning phase. The day of the move went smoothly, as Charlie and his colleagues packed up our entire apartment in about 4.5 hours full service packing, and then unloaded in about 2.5 hours. The guys were very accommodating when it turned out that we could only reserve our building freight elevator for a limited timeframe. After a week of unpacking boxes at our new place, my wife and I were amazed to see that not a single item was damaged or missing. There were no issues with payment, and the final bill was exactly as quoted in the flat rate. We are very satisfied customers
