Comment : I can not tell you how horribly this company loaded up my u-haul. I had rented 2 dozen furniture pads, maybe 6 were used. Tables, beds, furniture was dismantled and later found in different sections in the truck or not at all. Every piece of furniture had been scrapped or damaged. EVERY piece. The most careless movers I have ever delt with. Unreal. It gets better. Apparently the moving crew all quit the night before my move. So the lead guy brought his girlfriend and a dude they picked up from Home Depot to do the move. I sh!t you not. Lastly, and worst of all, there are items missing from the move, expensive items. My gfs nephew said he saw the girl mover going through boxes and when confronting her she said she needed to consolidate boxes to make it fit.

Comment : Wish I could leave zero stars. Extremely unprofessional and super shady. Driver did not have any GPS nor could he take down an address and took way longer to get to destinations. No paperwork or anything given upfront. Spoke with William who quoted me 59 an hour with no trip charge. Driver was rude and condescending and charged us 267 for barely 3 hours and informed us after he brought our items the house that they only took cash and would not be unloading a thing until they got paid. Then said it was extra to take bed upstairs. Never ever using these scammers again.
