Comment : Jason and Benjamin arrived on time as scheduled. Called in advance to notify us they were arriving. Fast efficient and polite white glove delivery of a brand-new mattress. Helped us move the old mattress out of the way. I read lots of negative reviews about this company and their service. Did not have that experience. I would say overall very good. Thanks elephant moving!

Comment : First off the scheduling service in the office was amazing! i told them a date that i needed to be moved by and the accommodated as much as they possibly could! Movers arrived on the day of the move prompt and ready to go. We have very large heavy glass tables and they moved them with such ease a gentleness. Wrapped all our furniture in blankets and secured all boxes and bins! Jose and James made our moving day a walk in the park! i would definitely use this company again in a heart beat! Also i was quotes a 5 hr move and the guys got it done in 2.5 hrs! Such a speedy and relaxing process! FOR SOME REASON MY ORIGINAL REVIEW WAS PUT AS NOT RECOMMENDED. !

Comment : This company is so terrible, I created a Yelp account just to leave this review. They were no shows on what is now three occasions. They do not pick up their phone or return calls. The one time someone picked up and put me on hold to check, I was on hold for over 20 minutes and was eventually hung up on. They have an item I paid for in their possession and they are failing to deliver my product and/or communicate about the status of my product (they are they sub contracted delivery company for Home Depot orders).

Comment : This company has been horrendous to deal with post-move. We have been trying to get reimbursed through their claim company - which they say they can not contact - for the damage to our TV and coffee table. It is been over 3 months with no update. I call frequently to try and get new information and am constantly met with a bad attitude on the other line and a lack of help. Additionally, the new place we moved into is a 3 minute drive from our old place but the company took over an hour to drive to us which added to our bill because they charge by the hour. DO NOT use this company if you do not want your time to be abused and your damaged items to never be reimbursed.

Comment : This was the WORST moving experience ever. Broken scratched and dented things ending with a flooded laundry room and ruined ceiling downstairs do to carelessness when disconnecting the washer. NEVER HIRE this company. I have called twice now about the flooding they caused and no response. TERRIBLE They should be forced out of this business
